All undergrads are expected to move out of residence within 24 hours after their last exam.
This date will be sent to you during the last week of classes. You are not permitted to stay with other residents, you must vacate residence completely.
Any student found to be residing in their room will be charged $100 for every day they stay beyond the 24 hour policy.
Upon vacating your room, if you are not returning to that room next term, an inspection will take place to assess standards of cleanliness. If your room does not pass the inspection you will be held financially responsible for any cleaning or repairs. Items left behind will be disposed of.
When you move out, your room is expected to be in the same condition as it was when you moved in.
Please check all the “needs improvement” boxes on your inspection sheet and have these items cleaned prior to your final inspection.
